Josh Beall serves as Corcoran McEnearney’s West Virginia Broker, bringing deep regional insight, strong leadership, and a practical, investment-minded approach to agent growth in the WV market. A lifelong Northern Virginia and West Virginia area native, he draws on more than a decade of hands-on real estate and property investment experience, including purchasing, renovating, and leasing homes. His background gives him a grounded, strategic perspective that agents value as they navigate the nuances of doing business in West Virginia.
In his role as Broker, Josh provides direct guidance, training, and operational support to the firm’s West Virginia agents. Because the WV market is smaller and highly specialized, Josh also remains active in transactions to ensure continuity, client service, and leadership presence while the agent roster continues to grow. This hybrid structure is unique to West Virginia and enables Josh to model best practices, stay closely connected to the market, and deliver exceptional mentorship to new and experienced agents alike.

Josh lives in Jefferson County with his wife, Kerin, and their six children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family, who inspire his commitment to living with purpose and helping others succeed.
