Bougainvillea and low native vegetation introduce colour and texture without interrupting the openness of the sea view. A private pathway leads directly from the house to the shoreline below, where the coastline remains largely undeveloped and quiet. The position of the property creates an unusual sense of stillness, with the surrounding landscape remaining largely untouched and the rhythm of the sea shaping the atmosphere of the house throughout the day. As evening arrives, the terraces gradually cool beneath the sea air while the horizon shifts from deep blue into softer silver and violet tones.
